All appointments (in-person or phone appointments) must be confirmed by Dr. Marx via the phone.

Initial consultation fee (approximately 1-1.5 hour) - $280
Follow up visits per half hour (30 min) - $90
Supplementation will be charged separately
 
Dr. Marx does not accept any insurance billing. Payment is required at the time of service, all major credit cards are accepted. A billing invoice will be provided to the client that may be submitted by the client to their insurance.
